Abstract
Temperature dependences of internal friction Q−1in Pb(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3ferroelectric ceramics at various heating rates is measured and mechanism of Q−1at the phase transition in the Curie point is discussed. Amplitude dependences of Q−1in Pb(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3is studied. It is shown that the main contribution to nonlinear mechanical losses both in the ferroelectric and paraelectric phase is due to the dislocation dynamics under the external stress. In terms of dislocation model the estimations of energy of interaction between point defects and dislocations as well as concentration of pinning centres is made.
