Abstract
Raytheon Company is the fourth largest defense contractor in the United States by revenue. Over the past six years, the company has laid the foundation of a robust companywide initiative to embed diversity and inclusion best practices at every level. In this interview, Chief Diversity Officer Hayward Bell, who has led this initiative at the request of CEO William Swanson, describes how Raytheon's Diversity Council structure supports its diversity initiative.
