Abstract

Purpose ‐ The purpose of this paper is to review an article on extensive research to predict the state of the banking industry in 2015. Design/methodology/approach ‐ This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings ‐ The paper finds that there are big wins to be claimed in the banking world over the next ten years, in terms of acquisitions of smaller banks, new clients, new products and a more motivated staff.
