Abstract
Larval emergence from potato root eelworm cysts is affected considerably by the temperature to which the cysts have been subjected before the addition of root diffusate at room temperature. The presence of moisture during the temperature pre-conditioning period is also a factor of importance in the subsequent larval emergence.
