Abstract
A relativity theory is suggested based on rotationa group SO (3 ,C ) 1:1 isomorphic to the Lorentz group of SR.The wor d model of Rotationa Relativity (RR)is symmetric in space and time dimensions (6 dimensions a to- gether,time is assumed a vector)but among kinematic e .ects all those of SR are found.The RR theory is demonstrated to easily handle with non-inertia frames of reference.
