Abstract

The new species Lichenostigma epirupestre is described from three localities in Central Spain, growing on Pertusaria pertusa var. rupestris. Remarks on its taxonomy and closely related species are made and a key to the species of Lichenostigma subgenus Lichenostigma is also included.
