Abstract

The heat capacities of Freons CF2ClCHCl2 and CFCl2CHFCl have been measured in an adiabatic, fully-automatic calorimeter over the temperature ranges from 5 K to 325 K and 58 K to 326 K, respectively. The substances were in the glassy, partly crystalline, and liquid states. The glass-transition temperatures, melting temperatures, and the main thermodynamic functions -{Gm#°(T)-Hm#°(0)}/T, {Hm#°(T)-Hm#°(0)}/T, and {Sm#°(T)-Sm#°(0)} have been determined at T=298.15 K for both substances.
