Abstract
The baetica-group forms a very characteristic group of Phyllodromica species only occurring in the Southern Cordilleras of Spain. In addition to the three species already known (P. baetica (Bolivar), P. princisi Fernandes, P. agenjoi Harz) six new species and a new subspecies are described (P. erythrura, P. intermedia, P. krausei, P. maculosa, P. paludicola, P. striolata, P. princisi ssp. bermejae). The characteristics of the group are described and depicted, and a key for the identification of the species is given.
