Abstract

This article includes corrections to the elements of performance (EPs) that published in the 2004 comprehensive accreditation manuals for all programs, and the Accreditation Participation Requirements that relate to the 2004 National Patient Safety Goals for health care networks. These changes are effective July 1, 2004.
