Abstract
This article includes corrections to standards, rationales, and elements of performance published in the accreditation manuals for ambulatory health care, critical access hospitals, hospitals, long term care, and office-based surgery. It also includes corrections to material published in the update to the accreditation manual for behavioral health care and material published in the 2005 Hospital Accreditation Standards.
