Abstract
This article is a rejoinder to the article in this issue, "Shadow Boxing with an Imaginary Enemy", by Indermaur, Brown, Egger, and Hogg. It deals with each of the issues raised by the authors, including the following: that their views have been misrepresented in order to construct an artificial debate, that I am wrong in my disagreement with about crime and crime control, and that I have failed to discuss sexual assault.
