Abstract
We study the supersymmetric extension of the symplectic Faddeev–Jackiw quantum formalism. The key equations are written in an alternative way, so that the inverse of the symplectic supermatrix is easily computed. The results are applied to the quantization problem of supersymmetric anyon systems. In particular the supersymmetric non-linear sigma model including the topological Hopf current is analyzed.
