Abstract

Effect of hydrodynamic conditions on the electrodeposition of copper from water-isopropyl alcohol solutions of CuSO4 was studied. The experimental data obtained were analyzed in terms of the diffusion kinetics equation for a rotating disk electrode. Electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to examine the chemical and granulometric composition of copper-containing electrolytic powders.
