Abstract
THE electronic and electrical systems built into modern aircraft represent not only a very high proportion of the total cost but a major factor in their performance. As these systems become more complex, so greater attention is being focused on new methods used in design and assembly of the wiring to assure fundamental reliability. A simple and standardised wiring system is the key to controlling costs of manufacture, inspection and servicing.
