Abstract

HANGAR dehumidification equipment manufactured by AB Carl Munters, Sollentuna, Sweden, has almost tripled the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of radar and cabin instruments in aircraft of the Swedish Air Force. Operational reliability of fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters improved by 26%, meaning a 5% increase in availability of aircraft for service.
