Abstract

This article reports on students’ perceptions of their overall satisfaction of service quality provided by Thai private universities. It seeks to assess the aspects of service quality within the Thai higher educational context based on undergraduates’ perceptions. The main findings pertain to students’ perceptions of the extracted factors concerning the service quality at private universities while identifying the key factors contributing to their overall satisfaction with services provided based on the results obtained from an empirical survey and student interviews. It also examines the relationships and the differences of student perceptions and their overall satisfaction according to students’ individual characteristics.
