Abstract
Distributions of regional net radiation flux density over the areas of GAME/Tibet and HEIFE were analysed using a new parameterized method of combining satellite remote sensing with field observation. The results show that reasonable regional distribution of surface variables (surface albedo, surface temperature and emissivity), vegetation coverage and net radiation flux density over heterogeneous study areas can be obtained by using this method.
