《毛诗正义》为唐人孔颖达所撰，黄焯先生认为此书“意在申毛，而每失毛旨”，“故清儒说《诗》，多纠其失”，黄焯先生“集诸儒箴孔之说，以补孔之所未逮”，是为《诗疏平议》。
