Abstract

Entrepreneurs fall into two classes, Bias contends. A successful entrepreneur herself, she believes that some are builders and some are initiators. She counts herself in the latter group, which gets “bored after they get their businesses up and running. They're continually looking to take on the next challenge and to create the next success.” In order to do this, you must learn new skills and learn new subject areas, as well as engage in personal reinvention. This means mastering such competencies as getting out of your comfort zone and beyond your job description, communicating clearly, and being reliable, straightforward, and self‐motivated.
