Seven invited papers are accompanied by 62 contributed papers on new theoretical aspects and products in powder metallurgy, advanced materials with special properties, characterizing powders and powder metallurgy products, and new developments in powder production. Among specific topics are wear characteristics of vacuum sintered steels, mechanical and tribological characteristics of sintered manganese steels, elaborating titanium-nickel alloys with special properties through mechanical milling, preparing and characterizing magnetic submicron powder, and the behavior of some unalloyed and alloyed sintered steels at static and dynamic loads.
