Abstract

With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic technology, the future will be a large number of the use of automation equipment instead of manual operation, to meet the complex control, high precision, multi axis motion control card applied in NC system will become more and more widely. This paper studies three axis dispensing machine positioning control system based on machine vision, not only uses CCD camera to clear description sheet dispensing area real time scanning, using the smoothing operation and the value of the two methods for the acquisition of image preprocessing, and the use of image morphological operation extraction dispensing location coordinates, to solve the traditional dispensing mode of open loop low control accuracy, low efficiency and poor stability problem. Experimental results show that this system is tested and used are able to meet the requirements, in the long time repetition work greatly reduce the use of artificial also can greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality are improved.
