Abstract
; Für die Antibiotikabehandlungen der Komplikationen akuter Sinusitiden mit dem geringen Keimspektrum lauten unsere Antibiotikaempfehlungen: Amoxycillin + Clavulansäure oder Sulfamicillin oder Oralcephalosporine (z.B. Cephaclor, Cefuroximaxetil, Cefpodoximproxetil) in Kombination mit Clindamycin. Für die Antibiotikabehandlungen von Komplikationen chronischer Sinusitiden sollten nur Kombinationstherapien eingesetzt werden. Fluorchinolone + Metronidazol/Clindamycin sind hier die Mittel der Wahl.
