Abstract
In the title compound, {[Cd(C15H16FN4O3)2]·3H2O}n, the CdII atom exists in a distorted octahedral geometry that is defined by two N atoms and four carboxylate O atoms from the 1,4‐dihydro‐1‐ethyl‐6‐fluoro‐4‐oxo‐7‐(piperazin‐1‐yl)‐1,8‐naphthyridine‐3‐carboxylato monoanions. The structure is a 13.92 × 14.17 Å parallelogram grid. The Cd atom lies on a center of inversion.
