Abstract
The science of reproduction is moving dramatically faster than the law surrounding inheritance. This article attempts to review three different countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States) approach to the issue of the evolving science and the problems it creates for succession planning. The authors contrast views and, in particular, study the science of reproductive technology.
