Abstract
The presence of two possible epileptogenic lesions in one hemisphere presents a specific challenge in the presurgical localisation of the epileptogenic zone. Illustrated by such a case we discuss the importance of seizures semiology, ictal and interictal EEG and the predictors for the occurrence of seizures in patients with cerebral cavernomas.
