Abstract
The problem of the stability analysis for uncertain neutral delay-differential systems is investigated. Using Lyapunov method, a new simple delay-independent criterion for asymptotic stability of the systems is presented. The criterion is expressed in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which can be easily solved by various efficient optimization algorithms. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
