Abstract

We investigate the (2+1)-dimensional hierarchies associated with the integrable PDEs of the form Δ tt = F(Δxx, Δxt, Δxy), which generalize the dispersionless KP hierarchy. Integrability is understood as the existence of infinitely many hydrodynamic reductions.
