Abstract
Taking into account the Lorentz correction in the dipole interaction among the ions in the ABO3 Perovskite-type crystals, the ferroelectricity of the crystals is discussed. Considering the local field acting on the Ti ions, we can get the dipole interaction as the function of the shift of the Ti ions. Now we must take account of the interaction between the Ti ions and the other ions, then we can get the potential for the spontaneous shift of the Ti ions. It should be necessary to take account of the lattice deformation of the crystal. Some deformation of the lattice is now considered to discuss the ferroelectricity.
