Abstract

A brief treatment of negative capacitance circuitry for bandwidth extension of high gain CMOS amplifiers is provided. Process variation could cause instability or loss of bandwidth if not tuned. Sensitivity of the negative capacitance circuitry is explored and tuning precision is calculated. An implementation of negative capacitance circuitry with tuning is provided.
