Abstract
Multnomah Country Library, Oregon, partnered with Starbucks Coffee to provide an onsite coffee bar. This article includes guidelines for feasibility assessment, constructing a Request for Proposal, and working with vendors on this increasingly popular type of project. The advantages and disadvantages of working with a big vendor and choosing a cart versus a full-service café are discussed.
