Abstract

SUMMARY This report presents a bibliographical project on sources for the study of Portuguese and Brazilian science, medicine and technology, from the 15th century to 1900. The project has led to the development of a set of computerized databases containing 40,000 entries on primary and secondary sources (including printed works, manuscripts, and maps).
