Abstract

Three new and two known species of Tylencholaimus are reported from India. Tylencholaimus viduus n. sp., 1.4-1.8 mm long, has amphidelphic reproductive organs and a short hemispheroid tail. Tylencholaimus similis n. sp., 0.72-0.82 mm long, has prodelphic reproductive organs and a long ventrally hooked tail. Tylencholaimus obscurus n. sp., 0.65-0.84 mm long, has prodelphic reproductive organs and a convex-conoid tail. A key to the species of the genus is also provided.
