Abstract

Five new species of Mexican Aphodius, amplinotum, symbius, durangoi, epulus, and inurbanus, taken from Thomomys umbrinus (Richardson) burrows are described and biological data are included. Low magnification scanning electron micrographs utilizing mostly uncoated specimens are included.
