Abstract

A 54-year-old man complained of sudden onset of blurred vision and pain in the left eye. Elevated intraocular pressure, closed anterior chamber angle, cataract, small corneal diameter and axial length, elongated ciliary processes, and a retinal fold extending from the optic disc were found in the left eye. Acute angle-closure glaucoma in this patient may have been associated with persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous.
