Abstract
Many health care organizations that provide 24-hour care might not provide 24-hour pharmacy services. This can be a challenge, at times, because some patients may require medications during the times that the pharmacy isn't in operation. This article discusses five methods to help health care organizations safely obtain medications when the pharmacy is closed.
