Abstract
Forging partnerships between businesses and individuals can serve the library well, especially in the completion of a building project. Working in tandem with government officials and library administrators, such voluntary citizen groups can often raise needed funds to assist in the expansion or renovation of a facility. The key to success is never losing sight of the goal, and continuing to follow the dream.
