Abstract
When using visual methods of estimation for semi-quantitative analysis, the intensities of the analytical lines are generally compared with a series of lines of standard intensity (1-3). It has been found in this laboratory that the use of a translucent screen simplified the intensity comparison, but that the use of double projectors having two projection lamps, was a distinct disadvantage (4).
