Abstract
A workforce crisis is no longer looming; it is here. This panel discussion session will provide an opportunity for an interactive discussion on topics related to workforce planning, including development, recruitment, sourcing, employee and leadership training, mentoring of employees and leaders, and strategic workforce planning. Each of the following panelists will provide brief introductory remarks followed by panel discussion and audience interaction. Bring your questions on workforce planning; the panel or others in the audience will likely have an answer.
