Abstract
Thoughtful consideration of the Social Responsibility of Business, in general, and Human Rights policies, more specifically, is becoming increasingly vital to the ethical and financial health of US-based multinational firms. This paper explores the major Human Rights issues important to these corporations and offers a road map for navigating through this newly emphasised, and rather rocky, terrain.
