Abstract
Adjustments of distances measured in groups are demonstrated on real data, using original observations and derived distance ratios. A rigorous weighting model for adjusting ratios is derived. Physical correlations among observations are explained by changes in the scale of measurements, therefore they should not be used in adjustments of relative distances or ratios. Field adjustment computations and checks are included.
