Abstract
This paper deals with a method modelling the zero-epoch (reference epoch) and velocity of control points using a three-dimensional net. We also show how to eliminate the datum problem that we normally experience in our modelling when combining different, especially heterogeneous, data. We explain in detail the mathematical approach of the models and also show some results using HALOS (High Accuracy and Long Observation GPS Surveys) data as a numerical example. The HALOS data is made up of 15 repeated GPS observations in Australia.
