Abstract
The two-dimensional flow of a fluid may be shown in several ways and the method used will depend upon whether it is desired to show this for the ideal (non-viscous) or real or viscous fluid. This article is concerned with one method of demonstrating the two-dimensional flow of a real fluid, namely water, around solid bodies of various shapes.
