Abstract

A computer model has been constructed for the evaluation of helicopter five control systems. This model, which includes all miss-producing effects of the system, considers such items us helicopter flight characteristics, rotor blade and weapon firing disturbances, helicopter flexure, sighting, tracking, target characteristics, computer, turret, and sensor errors, ballistics and environmental effects. The computer model outputs hit probability, mean point of impact, and the sensitivity of these items to differential changes in all the above-mentioned parameters.
