Abstract

We research the phase interaction and phase transformation in Bi2234-BiOX (X=F,I) system and modification of superconducting and magnetic properties of these compounds by the method of “oxygen - halogen” substitution. The synthesis of the 2234 phase take places in the narrow temperature interval 840-850°C in the presence of Pb ions, BiOX powder and with Ca/Sr > 1.
