Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problem of a matrix effect on symmetrization of EPR spectra of isolated organic radicals. By choice of proper matrices, there were realized, for CH_3 radicals, all cases of inner motion suppression, beginning from rigid CO matrix that hinders the fluctuations of C_3 rotation axes, and finishing by soft matrix of hydrogen allowing all types of molecular motion.
