Abstract
With the successful completion of the Middle Egypt Water and Wastewater Master Planning Project, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is initiating a followup Capital Investment Program. The Capital Investment Program was developed by USAID and the Government of Egypt (GOE) for the three Middle Egypt Governorates of Fayoum, Beni Suef and Minia. Projects were selected from the First Stage Investment Program water and wastewater projects identified during Master Plan preparation.
