Abstract
In this paper, we develop three new fourth-order Emden–Fowler type equations. We present a framework for studying these singular equations, with prescribed initial conditions, by using the systematic variational iteration method. We corroborate this work by investigating several fourth-order Emden–Fowler type examples with distinct shape factors.
