Abstract
AbstractThis is a case study of tuberous sclerosis with unusually large facial angiofibromas. The patient had other intense skin manifestations. Histological findings in the angiofibroma included large and glial‐appearing cells specific for this disease. Karyotype analysis revealed a translocation of chromosome (12q–, 15q+).
