Nocturnal vocalization is frequent in Parkinson's disease patients with rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behaviour disorder (RBD). We investigated the frequency of nocturnal vocalization and other sleep problems in patients with pure autonomic failure (PAF) and compared the results with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (IPD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB).
