Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to determine the content of arsenic, mercury elements in meat products and soil. The results showed that arsenic and mercury were concentrated in manure and were absorbed in minor quantities. In this paper, an adsorption model was established, to calculate the adsorption coefficient and transfer coefficient of arsenic and mercury. The reliability was observed to be more than 95% and the relative errors were within 0.5%.
